Rival Radar turns public App Store data into a competitive-intel briefing for indie iOS developers. Register your app, add the rivals worth watching, and every scan diffs their listings against the last snapshot — entirely on your device.
CAPABILITIES
Everything maps to a real panel in the app — the same signal, severity levels, and verdicts you'll read every morning.

MISSION_SETUP
No sign-up form between you and the first scan. Setup takes about a minute.
Search the App Store and lock in the app you're defending. It's stored in a local database on your device — no account created, anywhere.
Pick the competitors worth watching. Each rival gets its own change log, scorecard, and review-intel panel per country.
Rival Radar pulls the public listing data, diffs it against the last snapshot, and briefs you on exactly what moved — with severity levels.
LOCAL_DATA
Rival Radar is local-first by design. Snapshots, history, keywords, scores — all of it lives in an on-device database. There is no account, no login, no analytics SDK, and no server of ours to send anything to. The only network traffic is the same public App Store lookups your browser could make.
> your competitive research is your business. we can't see it. nobody can.

QUERY_LOG
From the App Store itself. Rival Radar reads public listing data — titles, subtitles, screenshots, prices, release notes, search rankings, and public reviews — through Apple's public endpoints, directly from your device. Each scan is snapshotted locally, and the app diffs snapshots over time to build the change log and trends.
Yes. Everything Rival Radar looks at is public metadata anyone can see by opening the App Store. There are no scraped private dashboards, no reverse-engineered analytics, no account impersonation. It's the same research you could do by hand every morning — the app just never forgets, and never misses a change.
Because there's nothing to log in to. Rival Radar is local-first: your tracked apps, snapshots, history, and keywords are stored in an on-device database, and there is no server-side copy of anything. No account also means no password, no email list, and no way for your competitive research to leak — even in a breach, because there's nothing to breach.
A real, working radar: 1 app you own vs. 1 rival in 1 country, with full listing-change detection and severity levels, a change log showing the last 7 days, and a manual scan every 12 hours. Your data is retained for 30 days locally — older runs are kept view-locked rather than deleted, so if you upgrade later, the archive is already there.
5 rivals per app, 5 countries, and 5 of your own apps, plus 90-day history with trend charts, the country gap map, keyword rank tracking with instant checks, rival review mining, one-tap batch scans, and JSON/CSV export of the full archive. Available monthly, yearly (half the monthly rate), or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
